We collect personal information when you register, operate, and access the Service and interact with a support representative for the Service. When you access the Web Portal or access through the Application resources We host, Our servers automatically record certain information about your usage from your device and browser. The servers may securely log information such as a identification number and device identifier, web requests, browser type, browser language, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, features used, the amount of time spent on particular web pages, the dates and times of your requests, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
How We use and disclose collected information
We do not sell or rent any personal information. We may, however, disclose the collected information to other subscribers who are authorized to use personal information in law enforcement or prosecutor investigations.
The information We collect through your interaction with the Service is used to provide the Service, to manage your account for the Service and to improve the Service for yourself and other users of the Service. Examples of Our use include:

By allowing Our support representative access to your device for troubleshooting purposes, you understand and acknowledge that while the technician is logged in, he can view, access and extract information from the device. The information will only be that data needed to troubleshoot the device, will only be used for that purpose, and once the session is over, the technician will not retain any of the information on his or her screen.
We restrict access to collected information to those employees and individuals whom We know have a valid business purpose to have access to such data. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security
Process for reviewing or requesting changes to personal information
If you think that any personal information We have collected about you or submitted by you is inaccurate, you may send a written request for review to Us at the address provided below. We will investigate your request and make appropriate changes or deletions if warranted. We will respond to any requests for access to personal information in 30 days.

Servers that make the Service available and that store information collected through the Service are located in the United States of America (“USA”). If you are located outside the USA, please note that the information you provide will be transferred to the USA.
